As we expand our operations following recent successful project bids, we are seeking to enhance our Engineering team with skilled Process Specialists.


Role Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality engineering design services that enable the company to effectively manage risks and optimize profitability on various engineering contracts.


Key Responsibilities:
You will report to the Principal Engineer and your duties will include:
  • Coordinating design efforts and generating process design documentation and drawings while adhering to health and safety regulations, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Overseeing the technical delivery of multiple projects and contributing to departmental management functions and improvement initiatives as directed.
  • Assisting in the creation of cost-effective process designs that fulfill project specifications and can be efficiently constructed and commissioned.
  • Evaluating the total cost implications of design solutions, including design time, materials, and construction costs, while considering impacts on other engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborating with the design manager to develop, update, and monitor effective procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Ensuring design coordination with all relevant internal and external disciplines to enhance overall project outcomes.
  • Prioritizing health and safety considerations in all design activities.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in water or wastewater process design.
  • A proven track record in developing process designs and conducting mass balance analyses.
  • The ability to create rational and economically viable process designs.
