Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide intensive, in-home clinical services to parents and children across Kansas. As a key player in helping families navigate challenges and create safer, more stable environments, you will work closely with case workers to develop treatment plans, coordinate visits, and ensure safety and permanency for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each family.
- Provide in-home clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with community service providers to ensure holistic family support and connect families with necessary resources.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine clinical skills and maintain certification.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in child and family services, with knowledge of foster care populations and behavioral approaches.
- Comprehensive 13-week training program with mentoring and hands-on experience in the field.
