As a Data Entry Associate at Total Quality Logistics, you will play a critical role in building our customer base and ensuring success for our sales floor. Your primary responsibility will be to update information within our sales prospecting database, collecting and processing data from the sales floor and other sources.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage internal and external communications via phone and email, confirming the integrity of sales data by auditing and maintaining consistent data within our proprietary system. You will also qualify new companies added to our system through a quality verification process, develop and document sales data needs and collection processes, and analyze sales data to communicate conclusions to sales management.
What You Need:
1+ years of experience in sales, data entry, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidential information, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. You must be self-motivated and directed, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and respond to data requests in a timely manner.
