Overview:
The Night Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, focusing on enhancing productivity and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Front Office leadership team to manage hotel operations effectively.
- Provide a strong presence in the lobby to assist guests and front desk staff.
- Support Food & Beverage operations as required.
- Maintain inventory balance for room types.
- Ensure all public areas meet the highest cleanliness and service standards.
- Monitor upselling initiatives and implement strategies for improvement.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
- Conduct employee payroll management and attendance tracking.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Perform Night Audit functions and generate related reports.
- Participate in team meetings to foster a positive work environment and promote operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest service.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Salary:
$62,000.00-$67,000.00
