Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Educator at Tenet Healthcare Corporation, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive education programs that meet the diverse needs of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel.
* Collaborating with market nursing leadership and staff to assess educational needs and develop targeted programs.
* Providing consultation to enhance continuing education, professional development opportunities, and mentorship programs.
* Facilitating educational sessions, including classroom, clinical experiences, and learning technologies.
* Ensuring all program/course revisions meet Department of Nursing and regulatory expectations and standards.

Requirements:
* 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
* Current State Licenses & Certifications required.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
