We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver and Support Staff Member to join our team at North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. The successful candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide ongoing support and monitoring, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member.
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Estimated salary: $43,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
