Description:
KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services. We are seeking a Lead Specialist I, IT Service Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution, including major incident response
Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages, including conducting post incident reviews with resolving groups
Ensure the appropriate communications are sent to Information Technology (IT) and business leadership, keeping them advised of the incident and business impact
Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management
Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks, such as application, hypervisor, compute, storage, networking supporting, multiple business applications and IT service management
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Experience working with ServiceNow in a 24x7 IT operations environment
Knowledge of Incident Management processes, Business Continuity, Data Breach Management
Demonstrated experience with Incident and Event Management tools
Excellent communication skills, must be experienced in providing verbal as well as written communication and collaboration with all levels of the organization
