Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained and certified coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.

Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
  • Presentation of the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Front desk duties, including answering phones and talking to members
  • Studio tours and introductory workouts
  • Selling memberships and following up on prospective clients
  • Handling member concerns and participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
