About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Promote our fitness programs and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique approach to fitness.
  • Work collaboratively with our trainers and staff to deliver high-quality fitness classes and programs.
  • Assist with studio operations, including front desk duties, phone answering, and membership sales.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized studio environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of our members and guests.
