We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness community.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, promoting our services and encouraging retention
• Assist with studio operations, including front desk duties, phone support, and administrative tasks
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver high-quality services and support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for members

• Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
