Key Responsibilities
- Achieve established new business production targets.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
- Stay informed about new products and services.
- Generate new business through referrals and lead generation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation methods.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, encourage further sales, and resolve issues.
- Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in industry events to network and foster relationships.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage customer renewals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to build relationships from the ground up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Life & Health Insurance license required.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
