- Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate medication records.
- Communication and Education: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide education and support.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Current, non-restricted license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Tennessee or a member state of the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Certifications: Current CPR Certification and recent TB Skin Test.
- Background Check: Clear Background Check and Clean Drug Screen.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a correctional facility setting.
- Certifications: BLS Certification and RN licensure.
