Cardiac Care Specialist

At CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Cardiac Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our team, providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you'll work closely with our experienced RNs to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions
  • Work closely with RNs to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements:
  • 6 months previous CNA experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
  • State registered CNA license required
