Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy legal department tools and lead training initiatives.
  • Oversee corporate governance and manage intellectual property documentation.
  • Ensure clear communication and effective process execution.
  • Prepare reports to aid in contract management and compliance efforts.
  • Create resources for onboarding new team members and uphold process documentation.
  • Assist in the review and management of legal documents under the direction of the General Counsel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Paralegal or Legal Operations roles is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management tools.
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in software tools and collaborative platforms.
  • Experience in creating operational tools and guidelines.
  • Capable of managing projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
