About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a key member of our salon team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hairstylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase salon productivity and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive salon experience
  • Manage salon operations, including inventory, scheduling, and employee development
  • Collaborate with salon owners to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of salon operations
