Be an Assistant Salon Manager at Great Clips

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Salon Manager at Great Clips of Warren. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our salon team and helping to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Salon Manager in leading the salon team and achieving business goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to create a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
