About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager and leading the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Salon Manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve salon performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new team members
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive salon culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A motivating attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Top-notch technical skills and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
