Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to provide nursing care to patients in our pediatric department. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatric nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an LPN with ProHealth Physicians, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in our pediatric department, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with patient education and provide guidance on self-management of their condition.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a LPN in the State of Connecticut.
  • 1+ years of LPN experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Basic computer knowledge and aptitude.
