Job Summary

Bottega Veneta is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Houston Galleria. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing training resources provided by the Company.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs, build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Availability: Ability to work closing shifts, minimum of 3 times per week, and be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
