Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Position in Eagle, CO

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join a supportive school team in the Eagle area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with students and teachers, providing essential behavioral support to those with significant needs.

Position Details:
  • Location: The greater Eagle area
  • Hours: Full-time schedule
  • Caseload Size: 9 students across six teachers
  • Support Needs: Significant Support Needs (SSN)
  • Disabilities: Autism and intellectual disabilities
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized and small group behavioral support to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement behavior intervention plans
  • Support students with autism and intellectual disabilities to achieve their educational goals
  • Document and report student progress effectively
Requirements:
  • Active RBT certification
  • Prior experience working with students with autism or intellectual disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
