Clinical Leadership Opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a clinical leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of treatment plans, mentoring and supervising a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual or group
- Mentor and supervise a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care by monitoring and evaluating treatment outcomes
- Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals or groups with similar needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead and motivate a team of professionals
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
