Operating Technician

Join B. Braun Medical, Inc. as an Operating Technician and contribute to the success of our manufacturing team. As an Operating Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring the quality of our products.
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct training for operators on standard work and trouble-shooting techniques.
- Recommend changes to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, including LPMS, 5S, KATA, and Kaizen events.
- Troubleshoot machine/line stoppage and perform repairs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or technical degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of related experience or completion of technical requirements and passing assessment at an appropriate level.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
