Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Model expertise in bakery operations and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets customer expectations
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, including analyzing and applying information from multiple sources
  • Lead and participate in teams to determine customer needs and business priorities, coordinate and execute work assignments, and provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
