Key Responsibilities- Embody and role-model DuPont's Core Values
- Plan and execute shift activities to optimize performance and achieve production goals
- Coach and develop team members to build capabilities and improve team effectiveness
- Partner with leaders to stay informed of business strategy and needs
- Ensure work is completed per published schedule and facilitate team processes
- Lead or participate in EHS & Quality investigations and determine corrective action
- Monitor and adjust controllable costs for shift
- Complete Leader Standard Work practices and initiate awards and recognition
- Organize and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate support for production needs
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting
- People leadership experience preferred
- Process Safety Management (High Hazard Process) experience preferred
- Confident with current computer applications and skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
