Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and follow efficient and safe bus routes in consultation with the Director.
  • Supervise and care for a group of children, implementing approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedules.
  • Provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment, promoting children's confidence and creativity.
  • Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school functions, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the Employee Handbook.
Requirements
  • Meet basic requirements of local regulatory agencies.
  • Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have experience working with young children and be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
