Position: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Compensation: $70-$80 per hour

About Our Organization:
We are a premier clinic specializing in Physical Medicine and Natural Pain Management, recognized for our commitment to enhancing community health since 1997. Our facility integrates a team of holistic health professionals dedicated to promoting wellness and alleviating pain across various demographics. We address a wide range of conditions, including both acute and chronic pain, as well as weight management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and review of relevant medical records.
- Analyze clinical data to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with the medical director and multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform diagnoses and treatments, including joint and trigger point injections.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Provide clear and informative patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
- Assist in directing patient care and monitoring progress.
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and support Medical Assistants in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current PA/NP licensure in California.
- Preferred experience in joint injections, trigger point injections, and IV initiation with ultrasound guidance.
- Background in Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Family Medicine is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a PA or NP is required.
Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage of $70-$80.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with early office closure on Fridays.
