**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at Central Bank of the Ozarks. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating the credit extension decision-making process by conducting thorough investigations and analyses of routine financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses of financial data to identify potential credit risks and opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze credit reports from various sources to assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
  • Research and analyze financial statements to identify trends and patterns that may impact credit decisions.
  • Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to senior management and loan committees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation files and ensure compliance with loan agreements.
  • Monitor the financial position of established accounts and identify potential credit risks.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues related to loan policy and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 12 hours of Accounting courses preferred.
  • Prior experience as a credit analyst or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Working Conditions:

The Credit Risk Analyst will work in a typical office environment with minimal distractions. The individual will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and communicate with colleagues and customers.
