Job Description:
Ochsner Health is seeking a skilled Healthcare Team Associate to join our team. As a Healthcare Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to patients and their families. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional patient care through effective communication and support
* Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks and procedures
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of a formal training program or relevant experience preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $62,000 per year
