Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott team, the Loss Prevention Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets. Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Preparedness and Response
    • Assist the Director of Engineering in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness initiatives.
    • Conduct regular hazard and risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Security Operations
    • Develop and implement effective security protocols to protect guests, employees, and assets.
    • Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Training and Development
    • Train employees on emergency procedures and security protocols.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field.
    • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field and 2 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
    • Experience with emergency response and crisis management.
Benefits

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $53,000 to $70,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
