Job Title: Loss Prevention Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage security operations, including patrol processes, emergency response, and investigations
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent losses and protect company assets
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Train and supervise security staff to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in security or a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
