Job Title: LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Maxwell Group, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse Role.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide hands-on, person-centered resident care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign recording, and medication administration.
  • Keep timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports to ensure quality care.
  • Interact with residents' physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Four-year college or university degree desired.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
