Job Title: LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing hands-on, person-centered resident care, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on resident care, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and treatment.
  • Interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Four-year college or university degree desired.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
