About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
  • Use computer systems to track opportunities, update customer records, and record sales activity
  • Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events, and sales training as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and sell advanced technology solutions
  • Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision
  • Effective time management and organization capabilities
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily and limited overnight travel
