Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our central utilities that are vital to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering expertise for the operation and upkeep of facilities equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various locations and the global engineering team to establish and enforce standards.
  • Analyze process and equipment data to ensure systems function within required specifications.
  • Monitor and predict utility system capacity in alignment with factory demand forecasts.
  • Devise strategies to accommodate anticipated system demand while ensuring redundancy.
  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless factory operations.
  • Oversee project management for both major and minor facility initiatives.
  • Support architectural and engineering firms during the design phase and assist construction teams with the installation of complex systems and equipment.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and exhaust abatement systems is essential for success in this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities engineering with a strong track record in project management.

Location:
This position is based in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
