Health Images is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional patient care and support in our Castle Rock location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver outstanding patient service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

2. Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.

3. Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles as necessary, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

4. Respond to patient and provider inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Assist with medical records, scheduling appointments, and managing eRIS Center workflow.

7. Stay informed about carrier-related issues and identify potential concerns to ensure seamless patient care.

8. Monitor waiting room capacity and adjust schedules to minimize wait times.

9. Request orders and process new/same-day requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

10. Request patient satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality and implement improvements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare environment, providing exceptional customer service.

2. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with strong communication skills.

3. Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.

4. Strong team player with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and service.
