At Ent Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative or Senior to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, driving member satisfaction and retention, and helping members take full advantage of our full range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Quality Member Service: Accurately and professionally handle member transactions, including new account creation, account maintenance, and basic Service Center Control Manual procedures.
- Meet Member Needs: Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, regularly provide referrals to members, and ensure they are aware of available options.
- Comply with Regulations: Understand and adhere to credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
- Meet Job Training Requirements: Complete required training to ensure proficiency in job duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain Cash Drawer: Follow procedures defined in the Credit Unions Cash Control Policy to ensure accurate and secure cash handling.
- Member Service Representative: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent, 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience, and sales experience preferred.
- Member Service Representative Senior: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent, Member Relationship, Customer Service and New Account, or equivalent training, 1+ years' customer service, sales, or other related experience, and 1+ years' financial institution experience.
- Enthusiastic Attitude: A strong desire to help our community and provide exceptional member service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Professional and courteous communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical for handling member transactions and maintaining a secure cash drawer.
- Math Skills: Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Physical Abilities: Comfortable handling physical money and standing for long periods.
