Technical Support Analyst Opportunity

Triumph Services is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide on-site technical assistance at a client's office in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support on the help desk, including software installs and troubleshooting, hardware setup and troubleshooting, and patching laptops for security compliance.
  • Support Microsoft products such as Teams, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with the client's IT team to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Teams, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
