Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with PeopleTools and HCM upgrades, as well as expertise in database administration and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and administer PeopleSoft systems, including associated hardware
Perform daily monitoring of the PeopleSoft application, ensuring all required processes are operational
Design, install, and configure the entire PeopleTools stack on multiple networks and OS platforms
Perform HCM/PeopleSoft application configuration and quarterly patching of all PeopleSoft components
Provide recommendations for hardware requirements to meet application needs across multiple networks
Experience installing and supporting the latest PUM images and applying Change Packages using Change Assistant and PUM

Requirements:
Recent hands-on experience with PeopleTools and HCM upgrades
Expertise in database administration and IT infrastructure management
Experience with Open Search, Deployment, and administration
Oracle Database and Linux Server experience
Prefer PeopleSoft experience with version 9.2.X and above, and PeopleTools 8.59 and 8.61
Experience with End-to-End encryption, Integration with Single Sign on, and Elasticsearch
