Full Time Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Swank Early Skills Development LLC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism, Communication Delays, and Developmental Delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA therapy/intervention that centers around skills development.
  • Consistently provide direct, one-to-one ABA Intervention to clients as is developed, trained, and supervised by assigned Masters Level Clinicians.
  • Collect data to document client progress and services provided, obtains parent/caregiver signatures and other relevant documentation.
  • Participate in ABA Training and Supervision sessions required by IBHS regulations and provided by supervising Masters Level Clinicians.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalence.
  • One (1) year experience working with children.
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs and be able to move freely from floor to standing and back again.
  • Provide three (3) positive professional references from current or previous employers, including at least one from a direct supervisor.
  • Provide clear background clearances as required by the PA Dept. of Human Services- valid within 1 year prior to hire.
  • CPR/First Aid.
  • Clear TB Test - valid within 3 years prior to hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children who have a behavioral health diagnosis (approx. 1 yr).
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA).
  • Demonstrate moderate to advanced levels of competency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during the interview process.
