Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to join our team at Duke City Recovery Toolbox LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm hours. All Federal Holidays are observed.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to choose between an employee (W2) or independent contractor (1099) agreement. Annual renewal of this arrangement is anticipated.

Duke City Recovery Toolbox provides evidence-based medication-assisted treatment and behavioral health services for individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Our comprehensive approach includes individualized care, a blend of therapies, and safe medications.

About the Role

This Program Lead position requires a licensed APRN in the State of New Mexico who can assume responsibility for performing medical services, including Psychiatric Medication Management, Methadone prescribing, and Suboxone Treatment.

The successful candidate will ensure medical services comply with federal and state regulations and clinic policies and procedures.

Reporting relationships include Medical Director for medical discretion and Program Director/Assistant Program Director for administrative purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Possesses current and unrestricted APRN License to practice in the state of New Mexico.
  • Current and unrestricted DEA registration in the state of New Mexico.
  • Preferred minimum of one year post-graduate independent practicing history in general or family medicine.
  • Will be trained by Medical Director and/or Program Physician in medicated assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills are essential, along with effective communication and organizational abilities.
Requirements

No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.
