MOD Pizza is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. - Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
- Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
