As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests, and providing support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
  • Provide support on product selection and application
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $23.19 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a Monday-Friday schedule
  • 8:00am-5:00pm work hours
