Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, employees, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations.
  • Verify and process armored car deposits and bank transfers.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and information regarding fraud and forgery detection to protect the Institute's assets.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Over one year of related experience in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Math proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Cash handling proficiency and ability to work accurately with cash and other financial instruments.
  • Typing minimum 40 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Able to work in the US legally without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
  • College Degree.
