Assembly Operator Job Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team in assembling high-tech components and packaging the final product for customer delivery. As part of our production line, you will perform a variety of tasks, including manually picking and placing small components, operating tools, and reading electrical blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package high-tech components
  • Operate tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, and wrenches
  • Read electrical blueprints and install components
  • Inspect parts for defects and build requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shipping departments
  • Follow quality work standards and production quality
  • Promote safety and apply 5s principles
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to read tape measure and work instructions
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
