School-Based Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a school-based program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a small caseload and a friendly team environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, from children to adolescents and adults, and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' mental health needs and develop strategies to support their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or a related field.
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a related license.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a school-based or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
