Join Our Team at The Stepping Stones Group

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver evidence-based treatments to children with autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children with autism
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support to families and caregivers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other special needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
