Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our care team. As a Medication Aide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, providing personal care, and supporting their independence. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as transferring, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure residents receive comprehensive support
Requirements
  • Current GA CMA certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Excellent assessment skills and ability to document care provided
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and assist with transferring residents weighing 50 pounds or more
