Job Title: Risk Management Analyst

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our Operational Risk Support team within Operational Risk Management (ORM). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks and related controls across the bank.

Responsibilities:
  • Support control identification within Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
  • Validate management control testing and create control reporting
  • Perform ad hoc control projects and provide guidance and reporting to managers
  • Help maintain risk information within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool
  • Provide leadership, analysis skills, and critical thinking to enhance Zions Bancorporation's risk/control environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of audit, risk management, compliance, financial services, or other directly related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, database, analysis, and reporting tools, including MS Power BI
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
