**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Present financial information to management, highlighting key insights and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted results, and work with relevant facilities/departments to address any significant variances.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and market conditions that may impact the organization's financial performance, and provide insights into key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines, and team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
