Mortgage Loan Officer

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend loan solutions to clients in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
- Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, customer needs, and sales skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
